The resort has 244 suite-sized accommodations, award-winning restaurants, eight tennis courts, three swimming pools, riding stables, Sonoran Spa, nature trails and a Chef's Garden. We employ about 260 people for a wide range of jobs at every level - from landscapers to chefs, housekeepers to pool attendants, banquet and food servers, sales managers, reservationists, guest services staff and many other positions.

Banquet Discounts are also available for catering functions for employees. A 10% discount will be given on Food and Beverage for an on property catered function.

Spa and Gift Shop Discounts - Employees of Westward Look Resort are offered a 10% discount in our gift shop and a 10% discount for spa services. Spa gift certificates at 10% are also available.

Dry Cleaning Discount - A discount of 50% off of the retail price is available to all employees through the resort valet service with Sunset Cleaners.
