Celebrate the holiday with delicious dining
Celebrate Easter with a mouthwatering meal and stunning panoramic views at Westward Look Resort’s GOLD or Lookout Bar & Grille restaurants. On Sunday, April 24, the resort’s restaurants are offering two special Easter meal options, including a bountiful brunch and an elegant three-course lunch or dinner. GOLD will offer a three-course plated meal with multiple delectable choices to please the whole family. First course choices include Long Island duck carnitas, peekytoe crab salad, spring corn chowder, and hearts of romaine salad with aged sherry roasted shallot vinaigrette. For the second course, guests can choose from six options: griddled day boat scallops, pan-roasted pacific grouper, rack of Rocky Mountain lamb, herb roasted chicken breast, grilled filet mignon of aged Angus beef, and tofu and eggplant stir fry. A trio of petite desserts wraps up the three-course meal, featuring white chocolate bread pudding with crème Anglaise, rhubarb tart with homemade strawberry ice cream and spring berries in puff pastry with Harvey’s Bristol Cream. Seating times are between 11:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. at GOLD. The price is $49 per person and $24.50 for children ages 5 to 12. Children 4 and under eat free.
The Lookout Bar & Grille will be offering an Easter breakfast buffet from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Guests can fill their plates with fresh fruit, breakfast pastries, scrambled eggs, French toast, chile chilaquiles, potatoes, bacon and sausage! Beverages include coffee, tea and orange juice. The cost for this Easter breakfast is $19 per person or $9.50 for children ages 5 to 12. Children 4 and under eat free.
