Easter Grand Brunch Buffet

Let the Easter Grand Brunch Buffet bring family and friends together for a delectable holiday feast on April 20 at Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort and Spa. The buffet will be served in the Sonoran Ballroom from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The buffet features a chilled seafood display with Spiced Poached Gulf Shrimp, Smoked Salmon and Spicy Bloody Mary Oyster Shooters and Silver Chafers Station with Eggs Benedict, Applewood-Smoked Bacon, Savory Sausage Links, Pan-Seared Swordfish with balsamic beurre blanc, Brown Sugar-Cured Pork Tenderloin, Horseradish Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Carrots and Spring Squash Medley.

The Chef’s Carving Station presents Pecan-Crusted Roasted Prime Rib of Beef, Gorgonzola Scalloped Potatoes, Garlic-Herb Crusted Roasted Leg of Lamb and Petite Rolls.

The Easter Grand Brunch Buffet costs only $59 per person, $25 for children 5 to 11 years old (plus tax and 20 percent gratuity) and is free for children 4 and younger.
