GOLD’s culinary team has prepared a special prix fixe, three-course Valentine’s Day menu this year. Diners may choose from such delectable menu items as Pan Oyster Stew and Smoked Mountain Trout for starters to Steak Oscar with Crab Meat and Pan Seared Sea Bass as the main course to White Chocolate Bomb and Vanilla Bean Torte for dessert.
